Do you need to use the internet to use blackberry applications?
I have a couple questions about a couple applications. For example, the blackberry dictionary and the blackberry language translator, as well as the blackberry currency converter. Do you use the internet when you search a word on this application or whatever. I’d like to know because I don’t have a data plan and don’t want to have a really large phone bill.

as far as I know it will use the data, but another way to find out it to shut off the data on your phone so it will be only in a phone mood and try it and see if you will get a respond.
