How can I hear better out of my blackberry?
I have a blackberry pearl and during school I turn it on silent in case it accidentally turns on during the day. After school when I make calls I can’t hear out of my blackberry, it’s as if it’s on mute, however I check and the volume is all the way up. I’ve tried switching the profile to normal but it still does this, the only way I can hear out of it is to put it onto speakerphone.
Does anyone know a solution to this?

Hmm, that’s really weird. I always turn mine on silent and then switch it back and it works fine for me. Try rebooting your phone, if that doesn’t work then while you’re in a call with someone try pressing the buttons on the side of your phone that control the volume, turn it all the way up or to whichever level. Any chance that Bluetooth is active? The Bluetooth connection is overridden by the speaker key.
