How do I convert saved information to new Blackberry?
I am changing service providers and need to know how to convert my saved information on my current Blackberry to my new Blackberry-Do I need special software to complete this?

Use the software that came with it. Save all the data from your old blackberry to you computer via usb cable. Then sync your new one and restore the data via usb cable.
Just synch your info and when you get your new blackberry you can convert all of the information – software will come with your blackberry. It is very simple.
If you are talking about your address book, you can sync your address book to MS Outlook and then sync it back over to your new berry. Or you can do a back-up of all your info and then do a restore to your new berry.
