I installed the Desktop Manager (and there are four options). How do I transfer media to my Blackberry‘s flash drive?

Hello!
(WARNING – formatting your MicroSD card will delete all data stored on it – backup your data before you start)
There may be a few possibilities here. Your first step is to ensure that your MicroSD card is working correctly. If you have a card reader available, plug the card reader into your PC and then insert the MicroSD card into the reader. Windows should auto-detect it, but if it does not, browse for it in “My Computerâ€. Once you locate the media card, right-click on it and format it (ensuring that you have FAT 32 selected). If you cannot locate your MicroSD card in “My Computerâ€, I am afraid your card may be corrupt and a new one will be needed. (There is one more way to format the card which I have outlined a little further on.)
Once the format has been completed, install the MicroSD card into your 8800 and ensure that it is oriented properly and seated correctly. Once you have powered your BB on and it is up and running, go to “Optionsâ€, then select “Media Cardâ€. From here, if you were unable to format your card on your PC, you can press the menu button and you will see a “Format Card†option – you can try the format at this point. If all seems well at this point, while in the “Media Card†area, you will see a few options on the screen – “Media Card Support†(ensure this is ON), “Encryption Mode†(any choice is fine), “Mass Storage Mode†(ensure this is ON) and “Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected†(I prefer this to be set as Prompt).
You can now save your changes, if any, and close out of this area. What you have done here is ensure that your 8800 is set to work as a mass storage device – like an external disk drive. Now when you plug your device into a USB port on your PC, Windows should auto detect your device as a disk drive and your device should prompt you with a message asking if you want to enable mass Storage Mode. Say yes and provide your password is asked. You can now freely drag and drop files from your PC to your BlackBerry and vice versa.
This should get you up and running – if not, post your results and we can take another look.
Hope this helps!
