   hey can u plz respond to my question i have the blackberry storm and i setup my email to it but i forgot the username i used to make the acount and it wont allow me to make another one because its linked to my pin so i cant log in and if i restore my factory defaults will it allow me to make another username with email to my pin?

    Hello, If you enter the password wrong ten times..it will reset the device. The device will restore itself to factory setting so all you personal data and setting will be erased.

    Yes. The only information that will be erase is your personal setting…depending on the option you choose ..it will erase the custom installed programs.
