Please help me, I have the same exact problem, im following the video, but when to the apploader wizard, it wont read my phone. It wont read my phone at all. I have been trying to fix this for the past 2 days and I cant fix it. Im in alaska playing hockey and there are no Sprint stores here to help so this is the only way i can fix it. Please help me.

hey what do i do if i have not installed the blackberry desktop when i got my phone? because i have the error messege 552″reload software” on my blackberry tour and i bearly downloaded the blackberry desktop program but it says it cant find a blackberyy because it has the error messege displaying. also when i do what u told me to do on this video it says the blackberry software does not have blackberry device software for that device that you have connected to the computer. contact your wireless
