    thank you, buddy!

From what I understand, the old ones had a screen that wasn’t flexible enough to get the buttons near the edge of the screen. They have fixed the issue in the newer ones though.

  3. n0Obman says:

Of course it isn’t waterproof. The speakers are covered with a cloth. Water will get through that and get to the phone. A true waterproof case would cancel all sound and you would have to take the case off to use the phone.

how does that sleeper button work with the storm when u put it in the carry case for belt?

I bought the defender series for my iPhone 3gs and it’s practically the same case it’s an awsome case if your into outdoors and things like that I’m using my phone to do yhis actually and I have full functionality of all my buttons and touch screen it’s a great case I highly recommend it

Another question…Does it cover up the LED Coverage Indicator Light?? Cause unfortunately i rely on that a lot… lol… so it will bother me a lot if it does… :-/

“otter’ box???? it only takes a VERY little bit of water entering to ruin a phone. How dependable is the water resistance on this? I cannot see spending the money to surround my phone with all of that if it does not offer true water resistance. I alrady have a snap on belt clip and surround much like that but without the silicone surround and built in screen shield which I like.
Note: NEVER trust ziplocks if you kayak or?…I used TWO(YES they were sealed) and my phone STILL got wet!

Does the clear membrane affect the typing or when you press buttons? I’m extremely interested in getting this case for my storm, i just want to know does it have any downsides to the functions of the storm from when its not in the OtterBox Case…
    Otherwise a very excellent case…

I heard the mic is severely limited, a friend of mine has it. Can you comment now that you have used it?

    nice review

  11. gadgetcases says:

It comes with the holster/clip. You don’t have to use it…

  12. Greekster12 says:

do you need to have the belt clipp cant you just have the 2 cases

  13. kmkings311 says:

How about the speaker? I’m curious of this heavy case limits the speaker (back bottom)….

  14. gadgetcases says:

It’s very solid and durable and yet very light weight! I cannot say because I haven’t used the phone with it, but the mic is exposed via holes in the case. The volume might be slightly reduced, but I don’t think by a lot.

  15. laforce05 says:

Does this case reduce your talk quality to someone on the other end trying to listen to you? It seems like a solid case otherwise.
