I have a Blackberry Curve (I think it's the newest one) and I am still getting used to it. I want to transfer pictures from my computer (which has no internet) to my Blackberry. I used the USB cord but when I opened up my phone's folder from "My Computer" there were no folders and I'm confused. Do I have to use the disc that came with my phone? Will that help? HELP ME! Please and thank you so much!

I don't have internet service on my phone. I downloaded the Blackberry software, but the media application on the Blackberry website is not compatible with my phone. I just want music to use as a ringtone. Any ideas?

I have the blackberry curve 8530 and I downloaded themes for my phone onto my computer. I don't know how to put the files into my phone though. I installed the desktop manager I still don't know how to transfer the files.

I have a Blackberry 8220 with several recurring alarms set in the calendar. There have been times when I've needed to turn my phone off and have forgotten to delete the calendar event. A couple of times, even though I turned my phone off, the alarm has gone off which proved to be more than embarrassing. Is there any way to disable this feature so that when I turn my phone off, it is actually off?
