I am looking into getting a blackberry Curve 8350i. I do not need the data plan right away so I was going to wait a few months before getting it. Can I connect to my wireless home internet and get online with the blackberry without being charged by Nextel?
Ive just bought my blackberry and i want to connect to the internet when im out and about and i cant figure out how too. I can connect to wifi but cannot connect to the internet when im nto at home.
I use Verizon Wireless, and I need a new phone since my 2 year contract is up. I want a Blackberry but I do not want the extra monthly cost of internet. If I buy a phone off of Ebay (like a Blackberry), can I activate the phone and get away with using without paying for internet every month?
Can I sync with Google remotely on my pc by connecting my BlackBerry to my pc?
On other phones the internet seems to be a lot faster.
Why is it so slow.
Also why are blackberry's so expensive when they are not even that good?

I was just wondering, I just got a BlackBerry Bold 9700 from 3 Mobile Australia and with my plan I receive free social networking and free blackberry internet pack plus a given amount of other internet usage. Does this mean BlackBerry messenger is free? OR does it come under my other internet usage?
I have an upgrade coming up this month and i really want a blackberry. But I heard with verizon, internet costs extra. I was curious how much a month the internet on a blackberry will run me!
