Why is my Blackberry Pearl not receiving messages and phone calls?
I have a Blackberry Pearl and both texts and phone calls just dont come in anymore. I can text people but then when they text me back I either dont get them, or it shows up and instantly gets deleted. Same with phone calls. Any help? Thanks. Also is there a way to reset to defaults on BB Pearl?

resetting a blackberry is a simple as pulling out the battery and waiting a few minutes. Don’t turn the bberry off, just pull the battery out while the phone is still on. Thats how I was told to reset my BBerry Curve. Once you pop the batery back in the phone should turn itself back on. If its anything like my curve it will take about a minute to reboot
